Vicente Carrillo - Student
His professional experience comes from the lengthy history of the Carrillo family (since 1.744), out of which, he is the seventh generation guitar maker. This was the decisive factor for him being honored with the Regional Craftsmanship award in 2009 and subsequently, the National Award in 2010.
His guitar making style is influenced by various schools, being the Madrid school the most influential in perfecting his craft.
His guitars also have a very special sound, reaching an adequate balance between potent basses and sweet sounding trebles.
Innovation is ever-present in his guitars by utilizing different construction techniques therefore being in constant evolution adapting this way to the necessities of each professional, among which we can mention: Paco de Lucía, Tomatito, J.M. Cañizarez, El Niño Josele, Rafael Cañizares, Javier Limón, Keith Richards, Josemi Carmona (Ketama), Duo Montes Kircher among others.
